How to Return

To request a return, please contact numahselect@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used fragrance and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and approval.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account after processing.

For PayLater orders:
• Credit Card refunds: 11 working days
• Debit Card refunds: 21 working days

Refunds are initiated only after returned products have been received and approved. For assistance, contact numahselect@gmail.com.

Replacement Policy

At Numah Select, we accept exchanges for:

• Unused and unopened products in their original condition.
• Products received with manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect items delivered by us.

We offer replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please contact numahselect@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details to arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
