1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only unopened, unused, and original packaging items are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

Note: Perfumes that have been opened, partially used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for return shipping.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Contact our Customer Support to arrange an exchange.

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the original product is received.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Ensure items are well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
